The wallpaper thing you mentioned: I do not think that was a problem! It can take a while before your wallpaper appears here, since they will go trough a process, to see if the wallpaper contains no 'unwanted' material and if there's put enough effort into it. I also had to wait 4 hours one day until mine got accepted.
So I don't think that was animepaper :) But that you only lost papers IS weird- once a wall gets accepted you get 100 more not less! Btw, I love your latest wall featering sakura and syaoran - kawaii! ^-^ TTYS! * waves*

Hmm.. that's weird I have heard about people having the problem but I never had it. It may depend on your browser. Firefox reveals a lot other functions that IE cannot display/use. I do not know wich one you use, tough :S I use IE, but you can't update a wallpaper with this browser. The script that gives the pop down menu under the user options can only be reconized by Firefox. Just try out which browser can do what exacty. And if this doesn't fix the problem, I think you should turn to the forum or maybe ask Bantam for help (he developed AP) I hope it helps! *hugs*

Everything here is somehow more relaxed, MT sometimes seems like it's a popularity contest :( And this site is not so heavy to load either >-< How are you?
